We are just a 3 minute walk from the University! Literally, one block from the engineering, law and communications school and 0.7 miles from Texas Memorial Stadium! We're practically neighbors!

This is a brand new project with projected completion in Spring 2021. The first ever residents will be able to move in during late Spring or Fall 2021. Our property is ideal for 1st class living. Such a unique community is really available for a select few at 77 residents total.

We offer a 24 hour fitness center with state of the art equipment, an outside community courtyard with BBQ grills, multiple student lounges with flat screen TVs, secured building access with key fobs issued to residents only and much more for the ultimate student living experience. Other services include package delivery, on-site upkeep and maintaining of property, valet trash removal for a low monthly fee of $25. 

When comparing our rates to on-campus rates you must take into consideration many variables, including floor plan layout, accessibility, square footage, on-site amenities and furniture. Our leasing staff is available to discuss with you how our rates compare to other housing options and validate that our community offers you the best value for your money, as well as a great location and incredible atmosphere.

You are welcome to bring additional furniture with you, but don’t forget that all of our apartments are fully furnished. 

Yes! View your balance, submit an electronic check, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover from any computer or smartphone. Click the 'Resident Login' button on our homepage There is a 3 – 5 percent convenience fee to make payments with credit card, or $1.50 fee for eCheck.

We have closed circuit security monitors at all entrances, courtyard as well as interior corridors. Key Fob Access is provided to residents only and used for property and unit entry. Our secure, covered and fully gated garage is is fully covered by our top of the line security cameras.

Point North is a pet friendly community! We allow one pet per apartment. A Pet Deposit of $250 will be required, please contact us for details. We also provide a spacious relief area for your furry friends just outside our courtyard. 

Roommates can be matched in a couple of different ways – either you tell us who you want to live with, or if you don’t have roommates in mind, we are happy to do the matching for you! We look closely at the information both you and your potential roommates have provided in your application and on your roommate matching card and work to find people that have the same or similar preferences. Although we don’t guarantee a perfect match, you can rest assured that we do our best to find your perfect roommate.

We don't require a guarantor in all cases. However, if an approved guarantor can be obtained, we require a $400 deposit for each bedroom and if a guarantor cannot be obtained, we require an $800 deposit per bed. An administrative and application fee is set at $125 per resident.

Point North does not offer discounts for rent paid in full. However, prepayment gives you the peace of mind knowing that your account is in good standing at all times!

Limited Parking is available. Each apartment is provided an allocation of space. Then spaces are provided on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Reserved spaces are available for $150/month. Tandem Spaces are offered at $90/month. 

Leases are legal contracts for the said term. Residents are responsible for the entire term of the lease. Please see a leasing professional for further details.

Our beds are full-size, extra-long. We suggest you bring queen-sized sheets, which will work well instead of paying higher prices for “special” sized sheets.

We are offering 15 month leases for those students who move in by May 2021. Any students attending UT Austin in Fall 2021 will receive a 12 month lease.

Our rental packages include high-speed internet, Wi-Fi and trash pickup. Cable Connections are provided in each unit. Students are responsible for electricity, water and any cable tv or streaming services.

Move-In dates are scheduled for May 1st, 2021 as the property will be ready by March 31, 2021

If you do not have an approved guarantor, you must pay a deposit of $800 per bed upon move-in. An administrative and application fee is set at $125 per resident at the time the application is processed.

Spring 2021 students will need to pay their first month's installment on May 1st, 2021. Fall 2021 Students will have theirs due on August 1, 2021

We do not send any type of invoice for rent. However, rent is due at the first of the month and is considered late on the 4th.
